Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for REACH compliance of our products within the EU and in REACH-like markets (e.g. UK, Turkey, Ukraine)

• Management, maintenance, and expansion of our REACH registrations

• Ensuring regulatory compliance across the entire supply chain, including import topics, customer inquiries, and downstream use assessments

• Representing the client in REACH consortia and actively collaborating with co-registrants

• Close collaboration and advisory support for internal stakeholders on regulatory risks, changes, and recommended actions

• Providing expert support and quality assurance in the preparation and maintenance of Safety Data Sheets

Your Profile

• Completed degree in a natural science field (e.g. chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental sciences) and at least 3 years of solid professional experience in REACH / chemicals regulation, ideally within the chemical industry

• Strong knowledge of REACH and CLP regulations as well as relevant international regulations (e.g. UK REACH, KKDIK)

• Initial experience working with REACH consortia and co-registrants

• Confident and experienced in using IUCLID and REACH-IT

• Very good command of MS Office

• Strong analytical skills and a structured, self-reliant working style

• Excellent communication skills and very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
