About the Group
A long-established North East-based group of businesses operates across property, construction, manufacturing, and community-focused development, with interests spanning the Tees Valley, Yorkshire, and surrounding regions. Established in the early 1970s, the organisation originally built its reputation through the regeneration of complex brownfield sites before expanding into residential development, investment, social housing, and specialist manufacturing.
Over the years, the group has developed a diverse portfolio covering land acquisition, mixed-use development, affordable housing delivery, and the manufacture of hard landscaping products for the construction sector. Its work is underpinned by a long-term focus on creating sustainable places where people can live, work, and connect.
One division specialises in the manufacture and import of high-quality landscaping materials, supplying projects across the region and beyond. Another focuses on identifying and transforming development opportunities, taking sites from early planning stages through to delivery, including large-scale residential and mixed-use communities.
The organisation also maintains a substantial property and investment portfolio, including development land, industrial space, retail units, and modern office accommodation throughout the North of England.
Its housing arm operates as a regulated provider of affordable housing, delivering homes for rent and shared ownership while supporting wider community regeneration objectives.
More recently, the group has been involved in the delivery of a major garden village development in the North East through a partnership with a national housing and regeneration agency, with infrastructure works now underway as part of the long-term vision for the site.
