Global Integrated Management System & Information Security Coordinator

Your Responsibilities:

  • Further development of the global integrated management system in line with normative, legal, and customer‑specific requirements in the areas of occupational health & safety, environmental protection, energy, quality, and information security
  • Harmonization of processes, methods, tools, and systems
  • Advising managers and process owners on normative and legal requirements for management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001, TISAX)
  • Planning, conducting, and documenting internal and external audits, including compliance checks, and ensuring implementation of resulting actions
  • Preparing and compiling the integrated management review
  • Planning, conducting, and further developing training sessions and courses relating to management systems
  • Implementing, developing, and maintaining the information security management system
  • Acting as the central contact for certification bodies as well as internal stakeholders
  • Administration and continuous improvement of the document management system

 

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed degree, preferably in industrial engineering, business informatics, business administration, quality or environmental management, or at least 10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in management systems; information security experience is an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of relevant ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001
  • Ideally certified as an auditor (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001)
  • High level of initiative, a structured and independent working style, and a systematic approach
  • Strong ability to collaborate across sites and in an international context
  • High IT affinity and experience with Office 365, SharePoint or SHEQ systems
  • Willingness to implement new systems and shape processes
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
