Howie White Resourcing was established in 1999 to provide an alternative to database recruitment agencies. The business has now completed more than 1500 assignments across a wide range of industry sectors and disciplines throughout the UK, Europe and further afield.

Our Philosophy

If you are not fascinated by people then you will never be a success in this industry. This is the the ethos of the business to this day. Our fascination is with people, not fees.

Our Fees

Most of our competitors in the search industry ask for money up front and another slice for producing a shortlist. We’ve never been comfortable with this approach on the basis that we wouldn’t pay it ourselves. Our fees are based on successfully completing the assignment.
