Job Title: Project Coordinator – Installation Projects

Location: Durham, UK

Company Overview:

Join the UK’s leading sauna company, renowned for delivering high-end bespoke sauna solutions to an exclusive clientele. As part of our rapid growth, we’re seeking a driven and experienced Project Coordinator to support our bespoke projects arm, playing a crucial role in our expansion plans.

 

Role Overview:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be the right hand to the Program Director, working closely with various stakeholders including clients, architects, contractors, interior and lighting designers, and pool builders. You will be responsible for coordinating complex, high-value projects, ensuring the highest level of service for our high-end domestic and commercial clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage project timelines, site visits, technical reviews, and M&E meetings.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain fast, effective, and tailored communications with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met.
  • Document Control: Manage and control all project-related documents, ensuring deadlines are communicated and met.
  • Customer Relations: Handle customer communications with a focus on managing expectations and delivering exceptional service.
  • Coordination: Ensure smooth multi-stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced environment, including tracking deliverables and project milestones.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Degree in a relevant field is desirable.
  • Experience: Proven track record in the construction sector, ideally with experience in small, high-value, complex projects. Experience with project management software (e.g., Monday.com) is essential.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Project management (e.g., Prince2, PMP) or construction industry qualifications. Practical experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of construction methodology is essential. Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) is desirable but not required.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work in a solutions-focused manner, adapting to the dynamic needs of various stakeholders.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with project management software (e.g., Monday.com).
