Job Purpose

Support the Commercial Manager on a day to day basis – this includes supporting the sales/estimating & project management teams

Key Responsibilities (max 10)

  • Set up of new contacts won
  • Monitor/log contract variations
  • Supporting the sales/estimating team with preparation of larger/complex project bid documents
  • Supporting the sales/estimating team with preparation client onboarding documentation
  • Submit credit limit requests and maintain/monitor throughout the contract duration
  • Fortnightly project invoice reviewing with the project team
  • Liaising with document control to establish any late/outstanding internal/external information
  • Review contract costings with the project management team/Commercial Manager
  • General administrative duties

Educational background required

  • Experience over qualifications

Job related experience required

  • Strong administrative experience

Any other skills / knowledge required

  • Commercial and legal exposure would be helpful
  • All of the above are preferred but not absolutely essential
